Looe
is an ideal location not only to enjoy the
Town, Harbour, Beaches, Coastal Walks, but
also as a base to explore all the many attractions
of Cornwall a few of which we have listed
below.
Fowey is only a 20 minute drive, steeped
in Daphne
du Maurier history and its wonderful natural
estuary and harbour.
Mining history can be explored on Bodmin
Moor which is only 35 minutes drive away,
where many of the old mine workings and
remains of the Cornish Engine Houses can
still be seen.
Whilst exploring this you can also walk
through the woods to Golitha Falls, with
an abundance of beautiful countryside.
