- All offers of accommodation are subject to availability and no accommodation can be reserved until the appropriate non-returnable deposit has been paid.
- The balance of the hire charge must be received at least eight weeks before the date of commencement of the holiday. You will be advised of the date by which this should be received.
- In the event of cancellation of any booking by the Proprietor, their liability will be limited to a refund of monies paid.
- The Proprietor cannot accept responsibility for any personal injury, inconvenience, loss or damage to personal property however caused during your stay at Bay View Apartments.
- Any complaints you wish to make must be made as quickly as possible during your holiday. Any complaint made after your holiday and return home, will not be considered.
- If you have to cancel your holiday you must notify us immediately, by telephone, and then confirm it in writing by 1st class mail. We will then endeavour to re-Iet for you, and if we are successful you will only forfeit your Booking Deposit. However if we cannot re-Iet then you will be held responsible for prompt payment of the full balance of hire due on the accommodation you have booked. We strongly recommend Holiday Cancellation Insurance.
- We regret that dogs, cats and other pets cannot be admitted.
- No persons other than those stated on the Reservation Form can be accommodated, and the Apartment is to be occupied strictly for holiday purposes only.
- All clients are reminded to bring their own towels.
- Accommodation will be ready from 3 p.m. on arrival days and must be vacated by 10 a.m. latest on departure days. Guests arriving later than 6 p.m., please telephone prior to your departure from home so that arrangements can be made for key collection.
- Guests with walking or mobility difficulties should note that there are steps and sloping paths leading to Bay View Apartments and St Georges is laid out over the first and second floors of the building.
- Central heating operates from 1st October to 1st May at the following times 6a.m. – 11 a.m. and 5p.m. – 11 p.m. automatically and at other times at the owners discretion.
- Electricity is provided through pay as you go slot meters taking pound coins, this non refundable.
- A refundable damages deposit may be requested at the owners discretion, this will be notified the time of booking confirmation.
- Weekly car parking permits may be available but their availability is not guaranteed.
